an excellent stay!
comfortable bed cool shower friendly staff nice stay
i found the bed super comfortable, and the shower was really cool!!! all staff are super friendly and professional. khaled at reception and fransisco at breakfast. they really do a great job taking care of their guests!!!
the elevator had a slight smell inside. this was honestly the only minor inconvenience during my entire stay.

My beautiful room was quite spacious. it had a comfortable bed. the bathroom included a separated toilet, which i found convenient.

The location was perfect. i walked to many attractions from the hotel. numerous restaurants and shops were nearby. They are easily accessible on foot, offering great convenience.

sewage odor sewage smell
the location was fine and the staff were available when needed. it was acceptable.
the elevator stunk of sewage, it was awful. i noticed a sewage odor was constant not only in the elevator. it was also in the bathroom in my room. i will not be returning.

helpful staff central location varied options
I just loved how helpful the staff was. They always went that extra mile. the location made it easy for me to reach all the attractions. breakfast had a wide variety. they have very tasty options every morning. it was a great start to my days.
the elevator was rather small. it felt a little cramped, especially when i had luggage. it did cause some minor inconvenience.

the hotel is located in a quiet area, just a ten minute walk to the spanish steps. i found many restaurants and shops nearby. i walked everywhere easily.
